Who handles the data
Personal data submitted through this website is handled by the website operator. Privacy requests can be sent to contact@aneth-software.com.
Contact requests
The contact form collects the name, email address, message, language, and any optional organization or discussion details supplied by the sender. These details are used only to answer the request and, where relevant, to take steps requested before a contract. They are delivered to the website contact mailbox and are not stored in a public website database.
Contact correspondence is retained for no longer than 12 months after the last exchange unless a longer period is required for an active contract or a legal obligation.
Launch notifications
The release-interest form collects an email address and language solely to process the requested ANETH launch notification. Each request is delivered to the website contact mailbox. The website does not keep a CSV file or an online subscriber database.
Launch-notification details are deleted after the notification campaign, within three months of launch, or earlier upon request. Each submission records the version of this notice that was displayed.
Security and recipients
Form access is rate-limited to prevent abuse. A one-way hash derived from the network address is used for a rolling 10-minute window in protected temporary server storage and is purged when the rate-limit state is next updated. Form data is available only to the website operator and the technical email or hosting providers needed to deliver the request. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Cookies and audience measurement
This website does not load Google Analytics or another third-party audience-measurement service. It stores only the selected language in the browser.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable, and may withdraw a launch-notification request at any time by emailing the address above. You may also submit a complaint to the competent data-protection authority, including the French CNIL.
