Contact requests

The contact form collects the name, email address, message, language and, when supplied, organization and discussion topic. These details are used to process, secure and answer the request and, where relevant, to take steps requested before a possible contract.

Correspondence is retained in the contact mailbox for no longer than 12 months after the last exchange unless a longer period is required for an active relationship or a legal obligation.

Launch notification

The notification form collects an email address, language and request date to manage delivery of the launch notification. It is not a subscription to a general newsletter.

These details are deleted after the notification campaign, no later than three months after launch, or earlier upon request.

Legal bases

Depending on the context, a contact request is processed to answer your inquiry, take pre-contractual steps at your request or pursue the legitimate interest in communicating with people interested in ANETH. Security and abuse prevention rely on the legitimate interest in protecting the website and its mailbox.

The launch notification and Google Analytics rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Aggregate audience measurement and website security rely on the legitimate interest in improving and protecting the service.

Security and abuse prevention

Technical measures protect the forms against automated and repeated submissions. When a form is used, Cloudflare Turnstile may analyze technical connection data to detect bots. Content entered in the form is not sent to Cloudflare.

Preferences and audience measurement

The website remembers your chosen language in the browser and stores your preference in a necessary cookie for six months. If this cookie is missing or deleted, the banner is shown again.

Cloudflare Web Analytics provides overall statistics about visits, their source, viewed pages, devices, performance and the estimated country of connection. This measurement uses no cookies, persistent identifiers or individual profiling, and it does not provide a precise location. Reports remain available for six months.

With your permission, Google Analytics adds insight into the main journeys through the website. Content entered in forms is not sent to this service. Google Analytics is not activated before you accept.

You can change your choice at any time. Withdrawing consent stops new measurements and removes Analytics cookies accessible on this domain.

Requests are available only to the website publisher and the technical providers needed for hosting, email delivery, security and audience measurement. Data is not sold or used for advertising unrelated to ANETH.

Cloudflare and Google may process some technical data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards applicable to their services. Declining cookies prevents measurements from being sent to Google; cookie-free aggregate statistics and form protection may remain active.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where those rights apply. You may withdraw a notification request or Analytics consent at any time. Requests can be sent to the address above. You may also submit a complaint to the competent data-protection authority, including the French CNIL.
